CALLING ALL LIFT LEADERS

LIFT LEADERS are participants in our world-class Leadership Gilmer Program. This engaging leadership development program focuses on developing critical leadership skills necessary for business growth and making an impact in our community. LIFT LEADERS will interact with influential business leaders and have opportunities to learn more about leadership styles, motivations, and stressors while working on project teams to solve issues we face in Gilmer. An experienced leadership trainer and facilitator designed this curriculum, Maureen Whatley with Achieve at Work, and it is tailored for our community of current and future leaders.

Our Board of Directors and the Leadership of the Gilmer Chamber of Commerce are dedicated to equipping the future leaders of our community with the necessary tools to make a significant impact. Through our Leadership Gilmer Program, we provide LIFT LEADERS with a dynamic platform that fosters critical discussions and aids in finding solutions to real-world business challenges.
