Spirit of the Community Award Nomination

This award will be given to a business, organization, or individual who has displayed a consistent, long-term commitment to the community through both their business and volunteer and/or philanthropic efforts. The recipient displays an enduring commitment to serving our community that is equal to their commitment to excellence in the tourism and hospitality space.

Award Criteria

Nominees must currently own or be employed by a Gilmer County tourism or hospitality business. They must have worked in the hospitality or tourism industry for a minimum of one year.

Award nominations will close on Friday, March 14, 2025.

The Gilmer Chamber reserves the right to review and verify all nominations to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements. Any nominations that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified at the discretion of the selection committee.
