Decorating Competition

Christmas is right around the corner! Expanded from last year’s Downtown Light Nights competition, Merry Mountain Town invites homeowners and business owners in Downtown Ellijay to decorate their storefronts and homes with light displays, decorations, and window displays to celebrate the season.

From November 28th until December 21st, locals and visitors are invited to pick up a map at the Downtown Welcome Center, browse the displays, and vote for their favorite entry. Winners will be announced on December 22nd. Participants are welcome to keep their displays up through the New Year.
