Festival Parking

Parking with Shuttle Service:

Paid parking is available at several lots around Ellijay, with a free shuttle service running to the festival. If you’re traveling with a service animal, please plan to park at the fairgrounds or arrange to be dropped off at the gates. For the safety of children with severe allergies, service animals cannot ride the shuttle buses, as the buses must remain allergen-free for school use. Pets are not allowed on festival grounds.

Parking within festival walking distance:

ONLY service animals are permitted at the Georgia Apple Festival. If you’re bringing a service animal, please use one of the parking lots within walking distance (listed below), as service animals are not allowed on the shuttle buses.

  • Arrive early, lots fill up quickly!
  • Accessibility on shuttle busses is limited. For accessibility parking, please use the Ellijay Lions Club lot. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Remember which lot you parked in to catch the correct shuttle back.
  • Disclaimer: Parking lots are run by local community organizations, and lot fees vary. Cash is preferred.
