If you love the thrill of a good find, you’ll love the Ellijay Antiques Trail! Launching in 2023, The Sips Trail ties together nine businesses across Gilmer County. By making purchases at 6 of 9 participating businesses, trail explorers are able to receive an exclusive trail souvenir.
How to complete the Ellijay Sips Trail
- Pick up your Passport at either Pick Ellijay Visitor Center.
- Make purchases at 6 Sips trail participants and have the cashier stamp your passport at the time of purchase.
- Return to a Pick Ellijay Visitor Center during regular business hours to receive your souvenir.

What is the prize?
The current prize is an exclusive pair of tulip glasses.
Is there a mobile passport?
At this time, there is no mobile passport. Stay tuned for annual trail updates to see when this is added.
What if I lose my passport?
We advise trail participants to take pictures of their passport in case their passport gets lost before you complete it. Most trail participants have a display of passports at their checkout so you can pick up another if yours is lost.
