Tai Chi Workshop

Tai Chi Chuan — The soft flowing motion of Tai Chi is both a health giving exercise and the foundation for a very powerful Martial Art. Recent studies show Tai Chi to be a wonderful form of low-impact light aerobic exercise that benefits body, mind, and spirit. Clinical studies have shown that practitioners of Tai Chi experience an improvement in circulation, mood, range of motion, balance, and a host of other benefits.
