Pinhoti 2 can be a bit strenuous at points, so might not be suited for dogs who have been living a sedentary lifestyle.

Your dog should be used to other folks and dogs, and be prepared to be on leash throughout the experience. 🙂
ABOUT THIS HIKE:
Pinhoti 2 is a 10.2 mile challenging out and back hike, but no one says we have to go the whole way! If our dogs (or ourselves) get tired, we can turn around and head back any time!
