FREE Group Run from Mulberry Gap to Emery Creek Falls

ABOUT THIS RUN:
Join Mariah from Coyote Ugly Racing for our first ever group run to Emery Creek Falls! At right around 12.5 miles, this out and back will be around half gravel and half singletrack, with the gorgeous Emery Creek Falls at the turn-around point.

Average lead pace (11/minute mile) / Average sweep pace (12-16 minute miles)
FREE (if you book in advance, and $5 if you walk in on the day!) You can also decide to add any meals like Breakfast before you run or Lunch when you return.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED RUNNERS This run is geared for folks who are intermediate and advanced runners. Check out the distances and elevation profile on the linked map above to make sure this is the the right run for you. 🙂
