By signing this application, the applicant certifies that the person signing has the authority to do so, and agrees on behalf of themselves, their organization, and any affiliates, representatives, employees, successors, or assigns (collectively “Releasors”) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Ellijay, Georgia, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—known or unknown—arising out of or related to participation in the event.

The Releasors further agree not to sue or bring any action against the Releasees for injuries or damages resulting from the event, regardless of cause. The City of Ellijay assumes no responsibility for any property belonging to the applicant.

Participation is subject to weather or other circumstances beyond the event coordinator’s control. The event coordinator reserves the right to cancel or modify the event without liability.

By signing below, the applicant acknowledges they have read and agree to these terms.
