By completing and signing the form below, the applicant agrees to the following terms:
- Rental Duration:
- Cornhole boards may be rented for a maximum of one week from the pickup date
- Reservation Timeline:
- Requests to rent cornhole boards must be made no more than 60 days in advance
- All rental requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before the event.
- Approval:
- All cornhole board rentals must be approved by the Chamber of Commerce President.
- Responsibility & Liability:
- By renting the cornhole boards, the applicant accepts full responsibility for their care and safety.
- The applicant assumes personal liability for the replacement or repair of the boards if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Any such incidents must be reported immediately. If the cornhole boards are lost, stolen, or damaged, they will not be reissued to the applicant.
- Cornhole boards should be used in a manner that prevents damage and ensures the safety of all participants.
- Return Policy:
- Cornhole boards must be returned on or before the due date agreed upon during the rental process.
- Condition of Equipment:
- Cornhole boards must be returned in the same condition as they were when rented.
- Any damages observed upon return will be evaluated, and the renter will be charged a $50 fee for repairs or a $100 fee for replacement per board.
By adhering to these rules, renters help ensure that the cornhole boards remain in good condition for future use by the community.
