Join us in Downtown Ellijay on Saturday, July 4th, for a full day of family-friendly fun!

Schedule of Events

• 9am–5pm: Decorating Contest Voting
  • Downtown Welcome Center
• 3pm–8pm: Independence Day Festival
  • (arts & crafts, food and face painting) Broad Street
• 3:30pm: Apple Pie Eating Contest
  • Downtown Welcome Center
• 7pm: Parade Begins
  • From Sailors Drive to McCutchen Street
• After Sunset: Fireworks
  • Downtown Ellijay

Bring your chairs, your friends, and your patriotic spirit—we’ll see you there!

Please note: only pre-registered vehicles and floats are allowed in the parade.
