Frontline Service Award Nomination

This award honors a frontline employee who continuously goes above and beyond for their customers. They are a friendly face for our community and consistently leave customers feeling like they are welcome. This person is an asset to their organization and the tourism industry and understands the value of hospitality.

Award Criteria

They must be currently employed by a Gilmer County hospitality business and must be a frontline employee (i.e. server, shop attendant, booking specialist, barista, host/hostess, etc.) Eligible employees must have worked in the hospitality or tourism industry for a minimum of 3 years with at least 1 year at their current place of employment.

Award nominations are now closed. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026.
