Several times annually, we invite ALL Gilmer County businesses (Chamber members and non-members alike) to a fun evening called Business Connections. A different host business is selected each time for an informal evening of networking.  You won’t want to miss out on the drawing for a $250 cash prize!

$100 per each event.


  • Name inclusion on all printed materials, Facebook, and ads through media partners
  • Announcement at event and the following Network Luncheon
  • 30 second spotlight for each sponsor at the event

Host Requirements (there is no charge to host):

  • 75 minimum capacity
  • Sufficient parking
  • Indoor location option in case of rain
  • Must be a Chamber member
  • Be able to host between 4:30pm-6:30pm
  • A/V system with microphone
  • Provide food and beverages
  • Responsible for setup and clean up
  • Optional: music, door prizes, special offers for attendees

The host is given 3 to 5 minutes to thank everyone for coming and speak about their business.
