Please stay in your vehicles during sale. Only 30 certificates available. (Once 30 cars are in line the sale is over.) (Arrive early) for the best chance of getting a certificate. Proof of Gilmer County Residency required. Certificates valid only by appointment at participating veterinarians. EXACT CHANGE OR CHECKS ONLY. Limit one certificate per household.
