Pleasant Grove Cuts Ribbon on New Pavilion Pleasant Grove Cuts Ribbon on New Pavilion
On July 29th, the Gilmer Chamber was excited to celebrate with the congregation of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church as they cut the ribbon on their new Pavilion located on Charlie Waters Rd adjacent to the existing church facility.
The covered pavilion features electricity and fully-fuctional kitchen facilities. With an open field, firepits, plenty of parking and a view of the mountains you just can't beat, the church is excited to use this space for church and community functions. The church additionally plans to make this space available to the public for weddings and other events.
The ribbon was cut by Pastor Dan Rosser and the Chamber-led portion of the event was followed by the church's regulary-scheduled Wednesdays at the Grove community fellowship which featured a cookout and music by Robert Ferguson.
