KIM Fitness is a very personalized gym. Unlike your typical gym membership where you pay for your membership and pay extra for ANY instruction we include instruction and guidance for everyone every day.
– Workout of the day (WOD) is written on the black board each morning.
– every workout is completely different. Every day of the week is a different section of the body. The workout is never the same. The WOD is also modifiable for ANY fitness level.
– you get personalized instruction on the WOD. You are shown exactly how to do each move to get the best results and to avoid injury.
– Every member is added to a “members only” FB page where there is an instructional video posted of the daily WOD for those days you cannot get to the gym or you are out of town.
– Every member has a composition book where they log what they eat so that WE can make small maintainable adjustments to help with nutrition and how you fuel your body. We all know you cannot out train a bad diet.
– I (the owner/personal trainer) am available anytime in person or by phone/text
– We offer Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Stretch classes that are included in the memberships and we are always looking to add more!
– Our Bootcamps take the daily workout to a new level. We have lots of fun, but we work very hard and accomplish great things. If you want faster results, this is where it’s at. We do 6AM & 6:30PM Tues/Thurs & 8:30AM Saturdays. Our bootcamp membership is different from the regular gym membership but includes everything.
