The February Network Luncheon was held on February 8, 2018 and sponsored by H & R Block, “The Nation’s leader in Tax Preparation” since 1955. Franchisee, Beth Bennett, spoke about some of the changes to the tax law and gave the highlights of the new Tax reform. Most importantly Beth cautioned that these tax changes could have a negative impact on your tax return and advised all taxpayers to get a professional tax consultation this year to prepare for your 2018 tax return. H & R Block has a dedicated team of Tax Professionals who will help you get the best results possible on your return this year, and help you plan for next year.
The tax professionals at H&R Block go through a very rigorous tax class of more than 80 hours to become a tax professional and then every year is required to get a minimum 18 hours continuing education in tax law and theory. Go see Beth or anyone on her team for all your tax needs. Remember, if their standard office hours do not fit your schedule, just give them a call and they will be glad to come in early or stay late.
H&R Block has three locations in Ellijay:
500 Highland crossing – near subway
368 Craig St. – Between Poole’s BBQ and the Drug store
